Jurassic Trek

Hello All! Luxemburgers, Belgians, comics and strippers...

Been a long time since I posted any crap on mi blog - That's because the SunSwitch Adventure is a long one Smile

Took a break between 2panel orders (hmmm, was it WS or HIT I had to order??), and frogged into Jurassic Lake Country Smile : The French Jura truly is a trekker's paradize ! Wink Spent 6days trekking from Lake Vouglans (and sleeping on its high-rising cliffs looming over the azure-like waters) to Lake de Joux in cheesy Swiss Landia, camping deep in the green forests (wild boars beware!), beside or on top of the lakes (its always handy to get some water out of them, when you need to clean your pans or clean up somewhat a little bit - especially after a long muddy day...) or in Youth Hostels along the way Smile

Little Stephanie and I took out a dozen lakes : from the blues of Vouglans, to the thunders of Antre, the hidden Bonlieu, the swampy de Motte, the fishy d'Ilay, the sunny de Rousse, kissy de Joux, dutchy-caravanny de Chalain, misty de Clairvaux, forgotten de Chambly elusive du Frasnois or rainy du Val... And like if water wasnt in quantities yet, it poured on our heads enough to fill up the cascades du Herisson - or Hedgehog Falls (trully a natural wonder!) Smile

So after benching the benches (or was it a car?) and sipping tea in front of the sunsets at those lakes, we hit the road back to Belgium's never ending politic saga!

Long live the King!

Francois
